About the role:

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our high-performing team in Scottsdale, AZ. This role will support multiple high-tech clients simultaneously, ensuring each project receives exceptional service and attention to detail. Ideal candidates will be MRICS qualified or actively working toward MRICS accreditation, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence and global industry standards.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage all aspects of cost planning, estimating, and cost reporting across multiple client portfolios
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost plans for advanced manufacturing and high-tech facility projects
  • Administer construction contracts and manage change control processes
  • Support procurement and tendering activities across concurrent projects
  • Evaluate contractor payment applications and progress claims
  • Conduct risk analysis and value engineering exercises
  • Interface regularly with various clients, adapting to their unique reporting requirements, systems, and expectations
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all client engagements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in cost consultancy, ideally within the high-tech or mission-critical sector
  • MRICS certification (or working toward MRICS) is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple client accounts or concurrent projects
  • Familiarity with U.S. construction contracts and cost management software
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
