GLC Group is seeking experienced Registered Nurses – MedSurg for a 13-week assignment in Methuen, Massachusetts . This role supports multiple inpatient units and offers both travel and local pay options .

Assignment Details

• Location: Methuen, MA
• Specialty: MedSurg / Tele
• Shift: 3x12 Days or Nights
• Schedule: Every other weekend required
• Hours: 36 hrs/week guaranteed
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Float Pool: Travelers will float across all inpatient units
• Units:
• 32-bed Tele
• 20-bed Med-Surg
• 15-bed Med-Surg
• EMR: Meditech (Expanse 6 preferred, not required)

Pay Package – Travel

• Taxable Rate: $24/hr
• Weekly Stipend: $1,519
• OT Rate: $54/hr
• Estimated Weekly Gross: $2,383

Pay Package – Local

• Local Rate: $49/hr
• OT Rate: $75/hr

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent MedSurg experience
• Active RN license (MA or Compact, if applicable)
• Certifications: AHA BLS & ACLS required
• Meditech experience preferred
• Ability to float across inpatient units

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to MedSurg and Tele patients
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• Monitor telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition
• Accurately document care in Meditech
• Float to assigned inpatient units based on staffing needs
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
