Vanderbloemen began in 2009 when founder William Vanderbloemen recognized that churches across the nation struggled to find and hire exceptional leaders. Recruiting souls for Christ is, after all, a different business from recruiting staff for your organization.
Drawing on over 15 years of experience as a senior pastor and tenure as an HR leader at a Fortune 200 company, William launched Vanderbloemen Search Group with the mission to bridge the gap between ministry and executive search.
By demonstrating the value of tailored search services designed specifically for churches, Vanderbloemen gained momentum and recognition in the industry. Once established as the premier search and succession planning firm for churches, we branched out to serve schools, nonprofits, and values-driven businesses with the same care and individualized approach.
About the Inside Sales Specialist:
We’re looking for a motivated, people-oriented inside sales specialist to support our growing sales team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who’s eager to learn the fundamentals of sales—from research to outreach to follow-up. You’ll make outbound calls, qualify leads, and help uncover new opportunities through online research and CRM tools.
