Vice President HR, North America
Based in USA (Smyrna, TN, Bowling, Green, KY, Florence, SC)
Reporting to: CHRO
Managing a team: of ±30 across multiple US locations
Population: US ±800 employees across 4 sites and 3 facilities
Experience in scaling organizations quickly up to 3k ees.
Role:
•Support establishing an HR vision for the region in partnership with CHRO
•Drive significant cultural and structural change and leadership transformation to create a best in class organization in the region
•Oversee HR strategy and operations for the region including planning, budgeting, talent acquisition and development, employee relations and safety
•Establish core HR processes that will allow the business to scale to over 2,000 in the next few years
•Support embedding COE policy and processes across talent acquisition, management and reward.
•Pre-empt people challenges through HR analytics, robust reporting and a cohesive and communicative culture
•Structure, lead and build the HR team as business needs require
Requirements
•Experience in building out HR policy and process
•IPO experience.
•Manging large teams.
•Experience working for high performing organizations with an employee population of 800+
•Experience in a technology, automotive or industrial manufacturing environment
•HRIS implementation experience.
