The ideal candidate will be responsible for process improvement, driving new initiatives. Develop and ensure processes are in line to achieve goals.

This will be a strategic role, collaborating with multiple managers, in multiple locations, working with 300 to 350 employees in multiple states.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
