We are seeking a highly skilled General Liability Attorney to manage and litigate a diverse range of insurance defense matters. This role offers the opportunity to handle cases from inception through resolution, either through settlement or trial, in a fully remote environment. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver top-tier legal counsel, while leveraging your expertise in general liability law. The position provides exposure to complex litigation, strategic risk assessment, and collaborative problem-solving, allowing you to make a tangible impact on clients’ outcomes. Ideal candidates are motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced legal setting.

Accountabilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of general liability and insurance defense matters.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Provide legal analysis, advice, and risk assessment to guide client decisions.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft pleadings, and manage discovery.
• Collaborate effectively with support staff and fellow attorneys to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in Florida.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general liability and insurance defense law.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.
