Job Title: Family Law Paralegal – (Harker Heights and Austin) Position: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our team. This position, for the right candidate, could offer above market value for an experienced paralegal. Responsibilities: What We’re Looking For:We want someone who is professional, highly organized, and committed to delivering excellent legal support. This is not an entry-level position—please do not apply unless you have at least 5 years of Family Law experience in Texas. Qualifications: • Talented communicator and writer • Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills • ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree desired • 3+ years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting • Strong preference for candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have an advanced paralegal education Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of Family Law experience in Texas (required) • Strong knowledge of  all phases of litigation , including: • Drafting pleadings, motions, and orders • Drafting military retirement orders • Preparing discovery • Coordinating court hearings and mediations • Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to manage time-sensitive matters and meet deadlines About Company: At the Law Office of Keiko Griffin, PLLC, we are dedicated to helping men and women assert their rights and protect what matters the most.
