Job Details

Dedicated team account based in Ogden, UT
Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
Round-trip routes: Ogden UT → Columbia City IN, Memphis TN, Laredo TX → back to Ogden UT
All freight is no-touch, 53’ dry van
Preloaded trailers, drop and hook, no wait time
Estimated team mileage: ~6,000 miles per week
Trucks must remain parked at Ogden or the West Valley terminal
Typical schedule: Tuesday start → Sunday reset; some drivers start Wednesday or Thursday

Pay & Benefits

Avg weekly pay: $1,700–$2,400 based on verifiable experience
Avg annual pay: $89,000–$123,000 (per driver)
Team CPM pay: $0.57–$0.79 (team rate)

Most common schedule starts Tuesday and ends Sunday night

Requirements

Minimum 3 months of verifiable solo T/T OTR experience in the last 12 months
At least 21 years old
Valid CDL-A matching state of residence
Employment history with no major gaps
Clean and verifiable MVR and PSP
No DUI in the past 5 years
Must pass DOT physical and drug test
