What You’ll Do As our Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our center running smoothly through: * Daily Operations Support – assist with scheduling, record keeping, and maintaining compliance documentation. * Communication – interact warmly with families, staff, and prospective parents via phone, email, and in person. * Marketing & Event Planning – help coordinate family events, open houses, and center promotions. * Administrative Tasks – manage filing systems, update forms, and organize essential paperwork. * Coordination – support leadership in executing daily and special projects efficiently.
