Skills You’ll Need to Succeed Extensive Experience: 10+ years in Credit Risk Management or related fields with strong leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives. Technical Expertise: Proficient in working with decision engines, risk tech platforms, credit bureaus, and bank transaction data. Fraud Prevention & AI Tools: Demonstrated experience building fraud solutions using AI for real-time decision-making.
