Job purpose
The New Agent Training Navigator plays a pivotal role in the professional development of our newest associates and is central to guiding new agents through their initial journey in real estate, ensuring they're well-equipped to succeed within the firm while building their real estate business.
This role serves as the primary mentor for our newest associates, focusing on facilitating their understanding of the real estate transaction, the necessary tools involved, and instilling the CBA Way. The Training Navigator provides crucial support through their first 3-5 transactions and is instrumental in shaping the careers of our emerging talent across the assigned offices.
Duties and responsibilities
· Mentorship & Guidance: Provide dedicated mentorship to new associates, focusing on their initial 3-5 real estate transactions to build confidence and competence.
· Program Facilitation: Deliver engaging and informative Climb classes and Zoom workshops as assigned, ensuring new agents grasp essential concepts and processes.
· Curriculum Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Broker In Charges and the Agent Development team to coordinate and implement additional workshops that enhance agent learning and skill development.
· Strategic Program Development: Work in conjunction with the Chief Development Officer and Regional Vice President to develop and refine agent development programs specifically tailored for the assigned regions and offices.
· Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate a deep understanding of the real estate transaction lifecycle, including necessary tools, and ensure adherence to the CBA Way of doing business.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Active NC Real Estate License. Broker-in-Charge eligibility preferred.
· Proven 3-5 years or more of experience in real estate, with a strong understanding of transaction processes.
· Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide individuals through complex learning curves.
· Excellent presentation and communication skills, comfortable leading both in-person and virtual sessions.
· Understanding of Google and Microsoft capabilities
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
· A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with various internal stakeholders.
· Resides in or has strong familiarity with the assigned region for the training role.
