Job Description

Vaco Atlanta is assisting a rapidly growing manufacturing client with hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, planning, and logistics. This critical role will shape supply chain strategy, support rapid expansion, and oversee a global flow of materials multiple warehouses.
Role: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Dalton, GA

Onsite: 100% onsite

Job Type: permanent, direct hire

Pay: $120,000 - $130,000
What You'll Do:
Lead procurement, planning, and logistics teams (3 direct reports).
Set inventory strategies, implement purchasing processes, and manage supplier relationships.
Oversee capital goods, raw materials, and global logistics, including ISO tank storage and depot management.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Customer Service, and Global Supply Chain teams.
Drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and support sustainability initiatives.

What We're Looking For:
15+ years in procurement/supply chain
Experience managing multi-million spend, global logistics, and cross-country teams.
Strong contract negotiation, market knowledge, and SAP MM/SD expertise.
Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to influence at all levels.
