Supply Chain Analyst – Global Planning (Contract Role)

Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, typically Mon & Wed)

Duration: 12-month contract, likely to extend to 2–3 years

About the Role:

Join the Global Supply Chain team at Biosense Webster, a division of Johnson & Johnson MedTech, supporting the rapid growth of our Electrophysiology business. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on managing international shipments, ERP transactions, and cross-functional coordination with planning, warehousing, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, monitor, and maintain deployment loads and DRP signals for international shipments.
• Execute and troubleshoot ERP transactions across multiple systems (JDE, SAP, Blue Yonder).
• Generate invoice and drop ship orders; process receipts including lot/expiration data.
• Collaborate with planners and warehouse teams to resolve receiving issues.
• Manage affiliate returns (RGA) and coordinate with finance for completion.
• Track and maintain open system transactions (OT/S7/E2/O2).
• Act as a liaison between Global Planning and Deliver/3PL teams (e.g., FedEx), escalating shipment issues as needed.
• Support reporting and process improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership over assigned tasks.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Passion for learning and continuous process improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
• Experience navigating multiple ERP systems and validating transaction flows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, and Blue Yonder.
• Familiarity with supply chain planning, purchasing, logistics, or materials management.

Interview Process:

One-round panel interview with 3–4 team members, including analysts from the Global Planning team.
