Company Overview: Korn Ferry has partnered with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed leader in the Industrial space. The culture is ambitious, collaborative, and performance driven. Following a recent capital investment to support accelerated growth, we are expanding our lean finance team. Position Overview: We are seeking a smart, driven, and detail-oriented finance professional to join a small finance team. This role will be primarily responsible for debt management, financial reporting, and cash flow forecasting, with high visibility to the CEO and board. The Strategic Finance Manager will also support day-to-day financial operations in collaboration with the Controller, including working capital management, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable. You overall responsibility will be managing and increasing EBITDA. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of company debt: interest and amortization payments, covenant compliance, and capital planning Lead cash forecasting and make recommendations on capital allocation (debt paydown vs. liquidity) Present key financial and operational metrics to CEO and board (growth, profitability, financial stability) Improve financial reporting structures and support decision-making Support Controller with accounting operations: AP/AR, payroll, and working capital management Qualifications (Required): Experience at a top-tier professional services firm (e.g., PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, BDO, CLA, Grant Thornton, RSM, McKinsey, Accenture, Oliver Wyman) OR Currently or previously at a private equity-backed company in South Florida Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Highly motivated, gritty, and results-driven Willing to work in-office full-time (5 days/week) Based in or returning to Miami Preferred Qualifications: Experience in transaction services, QofE, accounting support, or commercial diligence CPA designation Fluent in Spanish Experience in small to mid-sized growth companies SE# 510740017
