🧠 About the Role

VerbaCare is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based therapy services across San Joaquin County public and charter schools, including Stockton Unified, Lodi Unified, Tracy Unified , and neighboring districts.

📚 A great opportunity for SLPs passionate about supporting K–12 students with speech, language, fluency, articulation , and social communication challenges!

🔑 Top Responsibilities

Conduct speech & language assessments and prepare evaluation reports
Develop, implement & track IEP goals
Provide direct therapy (individual & group) to K–12 students
Collaborate with IEP teams: teachers, school psychologists, families
Document sessions & progress via SEIS , SIRAS , or district tools
Ensure compliance with IDEA , California Ed Code , and school policies

🎓 Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
Valid California SLP License (required)
CCC-SLP preferred | CFs encouraged — supervision available
Experience with school-based therapy, IEPs, and special ed processes
Bilinguals (Spanish, Punjabi, Hmong) highly preferred
