Job Description

Join Our Team as a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Rep!

Location: Downtown San Antonio

Job Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level Friendly

Pay: $17/hr + Bonuses

Language Requirement: English + Spanish

Schedule; Monday - Friday

Training 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

After training 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM w/1 Saturday every 6 wks

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the voice on the line helping customers resolve their accounts with empathy and professionalism. Your mission? Make every call count while staying compliant with FDCPA guidelines.

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls with confidence
  • Collect payments on behalf of clients across the U.S.
  • Update account notes in real time
  • Navigate multiple systems like a pro
  • Keep it cool under pressure and solve problems fast

  • Average Call Handle Time
  • Call Notation Accuracy & Speed
  • Daily Call Volume Handled
