What They'll Do

● Run day-to-day organic social across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook for Nobl and Flo.

● Concept, film, edit, and post content directly — no external agency .

● Create trending videos using CapCut, TikTok tools, and mobile-first editing .

● Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content at the Miami office and warehouse — product prep, team moments, packaging, day-in-the-life, etc.

● Go live from the office or warehouse for product demos, launch days, and Q&As.

● Maintain a consistent posting cadence of 5–8 high-quality posts per week per brand .

● Tie trends and cultural moments to brand stories, events, and promo periods .

● Track performance weekly and optimize what resonates.

● Collaborate closely with the VP of Creative and internal creator to align content themes with brand direction.

● Act as the on-camera personality or film others for trend-driven content.

● Use social insights and inbound engagement to suggest potential brand, creator, or influencer partnerships — feeding strategic opportunities to the Partnerships team for execution.

What “Great” Looks Like (KPIs)

5–8 high-quality posts per week per brand , on schedule.

● Month-over-month growth in followers, views, and engagement.

● Consistent viral or high-performing posts that drive awareness and clicks.

● Increase in CTR and traffic from social to brand sites.

● High-quality BTS content capturing key brand and team moments.

● Regular flow of relevant partnership opportunities identified through social engagement.

Must-Haves

2+ years managing social media for consumer or DTC brands .

● Proven ability to film, edit, and post directly (hands-on creator).

● Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook trends.

● Skilled with CapCut and native platform editing tools.

● Confident and creative on camera; can ideate and test content fast.

● Obsessed with culture, trends, and storytelling that sells.

● Thrives in fast-paced environments; can execute independently.

Nice-to-Haves

● Experience producing or hosting livestreams .

● Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Suite, TikTok Analytics).

● Basic experience repurposing paid creative into organic hooks.

● Interest in travel, lifestyle, or fitness categories.

● Understanding of creator/influencer partnerships and how social can drive brand collabs.
