Social Media Content Creator

We are looking for Social Media Content Creator, who will be responsible for concepting, creating, and editing high-quality, engaging video and photography content that supports a global social media and digital marketing team. This role is critical in bringing the consumer experience to life, driving brand storytelling, and enhancing the social media presence through dynamic, visually appealing content.

The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives, supporting campaigns that foster customer engagement and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce and edit content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, that resonates with audience. Ensure that all visual content adheres to brand standards and guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual and narrative style across platforms.
  • Oversee the full post-production process, including video editing, sound design, and motion graphics, to deliver high-quality finished products.
  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, from planning through to completion, ensuring that timelines are met, and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including marketing, PR, and creative teams, to conceptualize and develop compelling content that aligns with campaign goals.
  • Tailor video content for optimal performance on different platforms, ensuring content is platform-specific and optimized for engagement.
  • Organize and manage a library of video assets, ensuring easy access for future use and repurposing across different campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 5 - 7 years professional experience in video editing & image retouching
  • Portfolio of completed work
  • Must have expert knowledge of editing processes on Adobe Premiere to ensure correct exports.
  • Strong color management & color theory skill set required.
  • Can tailor material for web delivery and distribution.
  • Expert working knowledge of Photoshop, layers, masks, paths, color correction tools, actions, and non-destructive workflow
  • Expert working in Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
  • Adobe Illustrator and Media Encoder knowledge is a plus
  • Understanding of current and emerging digital media formats, encoding schemes and channels of distribution
  • Working knowledge of broadcast television, video production, interactive television, and non-linear editing
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to follow creative direction from senior team members & build upon creative ideas when needed.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Cruise, travel, or hospitality environment preferred
  • Proven ability to provide clear feedback and influence others.
  • Strong storytelling, writing and editing skills.
  • Experience in creating and delivering clear and compelling presentations to key stakeholders, including senior executive leaders.
  • Known to thrive in a collaborative environment and drive results through strong, sustainable relationships.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for design.
