  • Maintain authentic relationships with influencer partners aligned with Nagish’s values and mission.
  • Stay informed about developments in influencer marketing, accessibility, and assistive tech.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, community management, or advocacy, preferably in the accessibility, tech, or telecom sectors.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and grow online communities and advocacy networks.

  • Proficiency in ASL, or strong comfort working with ASL interpreters in Deaf-led spaces.
  • Deep understanding of the accessibility landscape, including relay services (IP CTS, IP Relay) and assistive communication technologies.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and scriptwriting skills tailored to social media platforms.
  • Passion for inclusivity, accessibility, and empowering marginalized communities.

  • Confident public speaker or on-camera presence (with or without interpretation).
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms and experience applying insights to optimize performance.
  • Experience using influencer discovery tools and managing digital partnerships is a plus.
  • Video editing or visual storytelling background is a bonus.
