Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Associate in Hialeah Gardens FL 33018 with $18.00/hr pay for a 3-month contract , temp to permanent opportunity. We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team in a Shipping/Receiving position. This role plays a vital part in ensuring products are accurately received, processed, and organized to support smooth warehouse operations. Must have 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving and physically fit in regularly lifting – APPLY NOW!

Schedule:  Monday through Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break)

PPE Required:  Steel toe shoes

Dress Code:  Warehouse attire required

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately receive inbound shipments and verify against purchase orders
• Inspect product packaging to ensure it's neat and intact
• Build and break down pallets as needed
• Restock inventory in assigned locations with accuracy
• Use RF (radio frequency) scanner to track and manage inventory levels
• Perform basic math (addition/subtraction of units)
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Stand and walk on concrete flooring for the duration of the shift

Qualifications :

• 3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
• Can regularly lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Team player with good communication skills
