Core Responsibilities

• Guide and oversee a team of sheet metal professionals and apprentices.
• Drive projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality benchmarks.
• Interpret plans , translating blueprints into actionable projects.
• Conduct assessments of ongoing work to uphold our standards of quality assurance.
• Offer constructive coaching and development opportunities for team growth.
• Coordinate with diversified teams to optimize project flow.
• Streamline inventory management, and prompt procurement processes.
• Safeguard the site by promoting and enforcing safety best practices.

Qualifications and Expertise

• High school graduate or equivalent; further qualifications are advantageous.
• 5 years of sheet metal experience, with a focus on methodical installation work.
• Previous experience in supervisory roles preferred.
• High proficiency with sheet metal tools and techniques.
• Skilled in blueprint interpretation and execution.
• Exemplary leadership and communication aptitudes.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and detail-oriented mindset.
• Preferred: OSHA certification.
