A top-tier litigation firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join the team. Who You Are

  • A paralegal with at least 5 years of experience supporting complex litigation matters – securities and class-action experience, preferred
  • Confident navigating federal court systems and familiar with e-filing procedures
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a sharp eye for grammar, formatting, and legal accuracy
  • Skilled in legal research tools like Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, BloombergLaw, and AlphaSense
  • A strong communicator who collaborates well with attorneys, staff, and external partners

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of assigned cases, ensuring all documents, deadlines, and communications are managed efficiently
  • Coordinate logistics for depositions, hearings, and client meetings, including scheduling and preparing exhibits
  • Maintain organized case files and reference materials for quick access and team collaboration
  • Track and record billable time using firm systems such as iTimeKeep
  • Conduct legal and factual research using a variety of platforms and databases
  • Review, cite-check, and fact-check legal filings and correspondence with precision
  • Prepare and file legal documents in federal courts, ensuring compliance with all procedural requirements

Salary Range: $110,000 – 135,000 annually, based on experience
