Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach development teams on Agile and Scrum principles
Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution
Act as a bridge between Product Owner, Development Team, and stakeholders
Track sprint progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, etc.)
Promote self-organization and cross-functional collaboration
Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and Scrum framework
Support Product Owner with backlog refinement and prioritization
Drive continuous improvement and team maturity
Identify risks and proactively mitigate them
Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile teams
Experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to resolve conflicts and manage stakeholder expectations
Strong problem-solving and coaching abilities
Experience working in Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
Background in software development or QA
Experience in DevOps or CI/CD environments
Metrics-driven mindset for Agile performance tracking
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
