Location: Raleigh, NC (100% Onsite)

Job Description:

We are actively seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join our team in Raleigh, NC for a full-time onsite role. The ideal candidate will have 11+ years of experience in Agile delivery and a proven track record working with Cisco or on Cisco projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all standard ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Ensure Agile principles and Scrum methodologies are followed, coaching teams for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to remove blockers and enable smooth sprint execution.
• Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to stakeholders.
• Act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise Agile practices and participate in Agile community of practice discussions.

Required Qualifications:

• 11+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Must have prior experience working at Cisco or on Cisco-affiliated projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, preferably SAFe or Scrum@Scale.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead distributed teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Scrum certifications such as CSM , PMP-Agile , or SAFe Scrum Master .
• Experience using tools such as JIRA , Confluence , and other Agile dashboards.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure or enterprise software delivery environments is a plus.
