Solution IT Inc. is looking for SAP S/4HANA PLM Data Migration Lead for one of its clients in Charlotte, NC / Hybrid

Job Title: SAP S/4HANA PLM Data Migration Lead

Summary:

The Data Readiness Lead ensures data completeness, quality, governance, migration readiness, and integration alignment across SAP S/4HANA and PLM360 programs. This role serves as the key bridge between Business, IT, Data Governance, and Program Leadership-driving end-to-end data assessment, cleansing, migration, and validation across the product lifecycle ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute Data Readiness & Governance Strategy aligned with SAP Activate methodology.
Lead data profiling, cleansing, migration, and validation for key master and transactional data (Material, Vendor, Customer, BOM, Routing, etc.).
Drive data migration execution using SAP LTMC, Migration Cockpit, and validation methods.
Manage SAP MDG workflows for Material, Vendor, Customer, BOMs, and Routings.
Collaborate with PLM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams for synchronization of core data.
Develop and maintain Data Readiness Scorecards, governance records, and executive dashboards.

Required Skills:

5 7+ years in SAP Data Management, with 2+ full-cycle SAP S/4HANA migrations.
Deep understanding of S/4 architecture, Universal Journal, and master data models.
Hands-on with SAP MDG, LTMC, Migration Cockpit, Fiori data tools.
Experience with data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and quality assurance.
Familiarity with SAP integration frameworks (IDoc, ALE, BAPI) and middleware (PI/PO, SnapLogic).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
