Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Remote/Hybrid Position

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share within the assigned territory.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other innovative outreach methods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Maintain knowledge of company solutions and services, competitive differentiation, and current offers and pricing.
• Manage territory with a minimum of 50% travel.
• Develop a territory coverage plan by zone and implement strategy to make sure all areas of the territory are covered.
• Continue to increase product knowledge by being on job-sites and spending time with experts in the field to become the expert in your area.
• Provide demonstrations to new and existing contractors and distributors on a regular basis.

Required Skills and/or Abilities

• Proven experience in sales management or business development.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation and territory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Negotiation and persuasion skill
• Knowledge of Epoxy, Chemicals, Coatings, Flooring, Resins a plus
• B2B Sales

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent, required; bachelor's degree in sales, communications, or related field preferred
• Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Competency in Microsoft Office , ERP systems, CRM, etc.

Travel

• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
