What you’ll do:
The Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruiting to include by not limited to recruiting, screening and recommending placement by using varied sourcing methods (internal and external).
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external candidates to ensure achievement of staffing needs to support Lifepoint’s overall strategic growth goals. Manage entire recruiting lifecycle in compliance with Lifepoint standards to include but not limited to position management, sourcing and advertising position, Applicant Tracking System activity, resume screening, interviewing, feedback management, hiring recommendations, offer presentation and negotiation, and internal transfer process. Partner with individual hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs as well as to ensure compliance with federal/state laws and regulations. Prepare and maintain staffing reports and track key staffing metrics. Regular and reliable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned.
