As a Recruiting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and placing highly skilled finance and accounting professionals in full-time roles. This role blends business development, client management, and recruiting into a dynamic and rewarding career path. You'll act as a strategic partner to clients-meeting with hiring managers, understanding their talent needs, and delivering customized staffing solutions backed by Robert Half's world-class resources. Requirements Qualifications: - A business-related degree, ideally in finance or accounting. CPA and/or MBA a plus. - 2+ years of experience in public/industry accounting/finance and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience required. - Proven track record of success, excellent communication skills, and a high sense of urgency. - Ability to leverage finance and accounting experience to manage and grow the business.
