Real Estate Paralegal - Downtown Atlanta - Contract – Hybrid 4- days onsite/ 1 day remote

Responsible for managing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with our client's policies and regulatory requirements. This role requires expertise in contract lifecycle management, redlining, and compliance review—particularly in the real estate, telecommunications, and infrastructure sectors. Must have prior experience as a Real Estate Paralegal in a law firm, site acquisition company, or a company that owns/manages cell towers, with a strong focus on contract preparation, lease negotiations, and transactional document review.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Prepare, review, redline, and negotiate various contracts, including vendor agreements, service agreements, real estate leases, easements, master service agreements (MSAs), and site acquisition agreements.
• Real Estate & Telecom Contracts:
o Draft and review cell tower lease agreements, amendments, and site access agreements.
o Ensure compliance with land use regulations, zoning laws, and permitting requirements.
o Work with landlords, site acquisition specialists, and regulatory agencies to resolve lease or contract issues.
• Contract Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure contract compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements, particularly those governing real estate transactions, site acquisitions, and infrastructure projects.
• Lease & Contract Administration: Track critical contract dates (e.g., lease expirations, renewal deadlines, compliance milestones) and maintain an organized contract management system.
• Due Diligence & Title Review: Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions, including reviewing title reports, ALTA surveys, zoning reports, and environmental assessments.
• Coordination with Legal & Business Teams: Collaborate with legal counsel, procurement, finance, and operational teams to align contracts with business objectives and risk mitigation strategies.
• Dispute Resolution Support: Assist in resolving contract disputes, lease compliance issues, and claims related to site acquisitions or vendor agreements.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports and summaries on contract status, risks, and key provisions for leadership review.
Solid experience reviewing contracts / redline experience
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Real Estate, or a related field. Paralegal certification preferred.
• Experience:
o 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, real estate transactions, or legal support.
o Prior experience as a Real Estate Paralegal in a law firm, site acquisition company, or a telecom infrastructure company is highly desirable.
