Real Estate Litigation Legal PA

Our international law firm client is hiring a Real Estate Litigation Legal PA on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, to support two Partners, Counsel, and other fee earners in their London office.

Salary to £48,000
12-month fixed-term contract
Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

Real Estate Litigation Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

Acting as a first point of contact on behalf of the fee-earners
Organising business breakfasts, dinners, or smaller events
Full management of travel and expenses for assigned fee-earners
Prepare, amend, and proofread documents
Proactive and advanced calendar management for assigned fee-earners (scheduling calls / meetings)
Develop a strong working knowledge of the firm’s billing systems
Supporting fee-earners with monitoring and addressing unpaid bills
Coordinate the WIP lists and billing on behalf of Partners

Real Estate Litigation Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Legal PA / Secretary within a recognised law firm
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office
Enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environment
