Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manages the local Quality Control department and organizes technicians performing quality control tasks.
• Supports the development of quality technicians.
• Designs asphalt/concrete mixes.
• Writes project specific quality control plans, incorporating the owner’s requirements and specifications.
• Assures Company complies with specifications by any State, FAA, or other contracting agency or owner.
• Aids project-wide system audits and surveillance, including supplier or subcontractor audits or surveillance to approved audit checklists and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years of engineering experience in heavy civil construction
