RailSpur is a three-building mixed-use development in Seattle’s historic Pioneer Square, seamlessly integrating office, retail, restaurant, and hotel spaces across meticulously restored brick warehouses. The buildings are connected by a revitalized alleyway where the Northern Pacific Railroad once ran—now transformed into a vibrant pedestrian corridor and cultural destination. The RailSpur tenant mix includes some of the city’s most acclaimed restaurateurs and creative leaders. With nearby stadiums, art galleries, and performance venues, the neighborhood thrives as a hub of energy and activity. Position Overview
We‘re looking for a skillful, energetic and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, tenant relations, and overall performance of a portfolio of mixed-use commercial properties within the RailSpur project. This will include financial budgeting and oversight, data analysis, lease administration, leasing and marketing (in cooperation with commercial and residential brokers), coordination of property maintenance and upkeep, property safety and security, vendor management, personnel supervision, project management, event coordination and other tasks to ensure the effective operations of assigned properties. This position will have the responsibilities and duties listed below and will work closely with the Urban Villages Property Management team and report to the Chief Curation Officer.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation for this role includes a base annual salary of $100,000-115,000. As a Manager level position, the role is eligible for an annual bonus based on performance. Benefits will include the following:
