Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

• Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

• Hourly Rate: 25-32.50
• Location: Raynham MA - 2-3x a week
• Title: Junior Project/Program Manager

Required Skills & Experience

• - 3+ years of experience supporting technical applications – work with delivery teams and business
• Rollout of IT projects (application development and support)
• SDLC/ITIL (incident/priority/resolution)
• Technical Proficiency with JIRA / Kanban
• Change management experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in application development and support preferred.

• Training with certification (Green or Black Belt) in Process and/or Design Excellence preferred.

• Training in Process Mapping and Design preferred.

• Experience in MLL systems such as, MES, LIMS, Historian, Lab Systems, Labelling is preferred.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps concepts

- Familiar with GxP systems, Computer System Validation and in the support of FDA regulated systems and business

Job Description

This individual will start the day with reliability, review on incidents open (which systems need to be connected internally) - follow up on resolution. Fix/root cause by communication. There will be a list on Jira/kanban - this individual will be looking at the priority of projects and who to follow up with. Working with individuals who are getting stuck, maybe a meeting needs to be scheduled to resolve the issue. This individual will be on the calls with them to make sure the incident is resolved. A lot of follow-up, status calls to make sure the project is going smoothly.
