Project Manager – Multi-Site Construction (Retail & Restaurant)

📍 Remote | 50% Travel Nationwide

💰 $95K–$135K Base + Bonus + Vehicle & Benefits

🏗️ About the Role

As a Project Manager , you’ll oversee multiple projects nationwide—from kickoff through closeout—ensuring schedules, budgets, safety, and quality expectations are met. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

✅ What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in construction project management (remodels, rollouts, tenant improvements)
• Strong experience in big-box retail or QSR/Fast Casual projects
• Skilled in managing multiple job sites and crews simultaneously
• Understanding of MEP systems and field coordination
• Familiar with project management tools and documentation workflows
• Strong communicator and solutions-oriented team leader

📋 Your Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and execute multi-site construction programs
• Manage resources, subcontractors, and schedules with precision
• Monitor project progress and conduct team meetings across job sites
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client expectations
• Track expenses, manage documentation, and identify/resolve potential claims
• Serve as the main client liaison for all project deliverables
