Personal Injury Intake Specialist

Jones Networking is recruiting for an Intake Specialist to join a Personal Injury Law Firm in Monroe, NC. Our client offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, PTO and 401K.
Position Summary for the Personal Injury Intake Specialist:
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls, setting a professional and supportive tone for every interaction.
- Apply firm intake protocols to assess the eligibility of potential clients.
- Retrieve and review accident reports, schedule consultations, and walk clients through the intake process.
- Clearly explain the benefits of legal representation with our firm—and what next steps look like.
- Deliver respectful, honest feedback when a case doesn’t meet the firm’s criteria.
- Accurately document calls and assist with follow-up communications and administrative intake tasks.
- Represent the firm with care, confidence, and compassion at every stage of the intake experience.
- Meet performance targets for call volume and appointments set.
Qualifications Summary for the Personal Injury Intake Specialist:
- At least 1 year of intake experience required within a legal or personal injury background
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Spanish / English bilingual candidates strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- A calm, client-focused mindset with the ability to remain composed under pressure
- Passion for helping others and being a steady, reliable first impression
