JOB SUMMARY: We are adding Nurse Practitioners to our Team! Providers are responsible for handling patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure patient health. Responsibilities also include completing diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients, maintain accurate and up to date patient records, and administering follow-up appointments required. The successful candidate will work as a team with our Physicians and Medical Assistants and will assist in delivering premium care to each and every patient. We have clinics in Central Austin, Leander, with a third location opening in 2025. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Physically examine patients; perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations.
  • Conduct health assessments including recording complete medical history.
  • Record symptoms; update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment.
  • Order and interpret laboratory test results.
  • Make diagnoses; analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options.
  • Develop a treatment plan that may include applicable therapies.
  • Follow up on a patient to determine the effectiveness of recommended treatments.
  • Deliver quality care while maintaining all company metrics pertaining to productivity.
  • Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information, counseling and provide guidance for any patients with critical conditions.
  • Provide patient education to promote habits that will prevent diseases and maintain good health.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including physicians and nurses.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Applicable Degree: NP Or PA.
  • Valid Provider License in Texas.
  • Family Practice Experience.

Job Type : Full-time.

Pay : $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year.

  • Nurse Practitioner: 2 years (Preferred).
  • Physician Assistant: 2 years (Preferred).
  • Family Practice: 2 years (Preferred).


License/Certification:

  • Certified Provider Texas license (Required).
