Job Description

Hour Media is seeking a detail-oriented Media Associate to support the President, Publisher, and various departments. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to managing diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain data records.
• Manage phone and email communications with clients, partners, and internal teams professionally and courteously.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities, mailings, audits, contact information, effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Lead, and manage internship program, support office administration, and assist where needed.
• Work closely with president and publisher to organize and accomplish company objectives.
