Our esteemed client in Bergen County, New Jersey is looking for a Program Marketing Email Manager to join their team. The Program Marketing Email Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our bank’s email marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are effective, personalized, and fully optimized. This position requires a dynamic and experienced professional who is proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SQL. You will be responsible for the strategy, execution, analysis, and optimization of email marketing programs, which are essential to driving customer engagement and business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for email marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to drive results through innovative marketing solutions. This role involves working cross-functionally with various teams to deliver exceptional marketing experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Email Campaign Strategy and Execution
• Develop and execute email marketing strategies from start to finish, including journey design, audience segmentation, content creation, and ensuring that campaigns align with business goals.
• Collaborate with business leads to refine and adjust campaigns based on business objectives.
• Testing and Optimization
• Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Personalization and Automation
• Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create highly personalized and automated email journeys to nurture leads, retain customers, and maximize engagement.
• Utilize data to design and enhance email campaigns that generate measurable results.
• Analytics and Reporting
• Analyze performance data, provide actionable insights, and communicate the results of email marketing campaigns to stakeholders.
• Regularly present key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance to leadership and business teams.
• Program Roadmap and Technical Troubleshooting
• Manage and maintain the overall email marketing roadmap, ensuring all projects and campaigns are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to email campaigns and resolve them efficiently.
• Stay Current with Industry Trends
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and Salesforce Marketing Cloud technologies to ensure our email marketing programs are innovative and effective.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with other marketing, product, and business teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with broader business goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 4+ years of recent experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SQL.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Email Studio, Advertising Studio, and Journey Builder. Strong knowledge of AMPscript, HTML, and CSS.
• Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification is a plus.
• Industry Experience: Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a strong plus but not required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is strongly desired (but negotiable based on experience).
• Additional Skills:
• Strong ability to develop and execute effective email campaigns.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
