In this role, you will be embedded with a leading technology partner (Nvidia) renowned for pushing the boundaries of innovation and performance. **ABOUT THE ROLE** As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function and are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. + Must be flexible to work shift + Schedule/Shift: Friday - Monday (6AM - 5PM)(4/10) **WHAT YOU'LL DO** + Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing and other building systems. + Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. + Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. + Manage vendor performing maintenance and repairs. + Perform routine inspections of emergency lights, building core and shell, restrooms and hazards. + Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion. + Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently. + Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. + Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. + Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner. + Work well with other technicians and be willing to take directions from engineers and management. + Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail. + Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. **WHAT YOU'LL NEED** Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Perform general preventive maintenance and corrective repair: + Mechanical + Electrical (Lighting) + Plumbing **Education and Experience** + High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. + In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. + Experience working with the CMMS (work order management) system to update and complete work order status and preventive maintenance plans. + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
