Managing the operation & maintenance of Lighting & distribution, Diesel Generators, Electrical distribution panels, UPS, Air Compressors, access control system, CCTV, Fire safety systems, building repairs etc., Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.) Manage relationships with contractors and service providers Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities Ensure health and safety policies are complied with Interface with Gas Utility & Electricity Utility agencies HVAC systems’ compliance with respect to cold chain management Vendor Agreements review, renewals from time to time & working closely with purchase team for release of PO’s release Driving continuous improvement initiatives in the Facilities domain and maintaining a high level of internal customer satisfaction Adherence to the approved budget with primary responsibility for the monthly facilities management report, including an overall summary of operations Monitoring and inspection of buildings and premises for safety issues, promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety and good environmental practices.
