A growing manufacturing company near Searcy, AR is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Manager to lead its maintenance operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing a small team of technicians, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring production equipment runs efficiently and reliably.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of maintenance technicians
• Coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and fluid system issues
• Oversee repairs and upgrades on production machinery and equipment
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to support production goals
• Participate in equipment installations, layout changes, and improvement projects
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and motor control systems
• Ability to read schematics, interpret technical documents, and guide repairs
• Experience with CMMS or other maintenance tracking systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills
