Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in social sciences, human resources management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven professional experience as a Learning and Development Manager or in a relevant role.
• Solid experience in implementing learning management systems (LMS) and/or other software solutions, ideally in HR or e-learning.
• In-depth knowledge of project management, particularly in the planning, implementation, and control of IT projects.
• Proven expertise in delivering training sessions and workshops (7 9 years of experience).
• Proven expertise in designing and optimizing learning workflows (7 9 years of experience).
• Expert knowledge of e-learning standards (SCORM packages, xAPI, LTI) (7 9 years of experience).
• Expert in LMS implementation (7 9 years of experience).
• Expert in monitoring and reporting on learning programs (7 9 years of experience).
• Strong project management skills, including monitoring and reporting.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and lead project teams.
• Fluency in English (full professional proficiency) and French or Dutch (full professional proficiency), both written and spoken, is mandatory.
