About The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Designer with 2-3 years of graphic design/visual design experience to support the Senior Visual Communications and Production Manager in the creation and distribution of high-quality print and digital communications that enhance client, member and provider engagement and experience. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic team player that is highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn and grow their skills, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, execution and maintenance of communications and assets including member ID cards, letters, postcards, newsletters, flyers, logos, templates and presentations.
  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of lead generation collateral, social media post images, social media ads and more.
  • Assist in reproducing design assets from vendors to size out or repurpose to utilize in various marketing efforts.
  • Seek and take feedback quickly and constructively to improve designs and processes.
  • Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution, ensuring brand and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain and update templates, assets and project files.
  • Support the team by learning new tools and best practices to optimize workflows.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Adobe XD, After Effects, or Premiere a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Solid understanding of design principles for both print and digital.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and improve skills, adaptable, and a team-first mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Annual Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000
