Position Overview We are hiring a full-time Investment Analyst to support our deal team in underwriting, execution, and asset management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, wants to contribute meaningfully to a growing investment platform, and is intellectually curious about the intersection of real estate and private equity. Key Responsibilities • Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses • Conduct market and industry research • Support due diligence and investment underwriting • Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations • Monitor portfolio performance and prepare internal and external reports • Help develop and refine internal systems and processes • Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders • Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, including fundraising and strategic planning Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution • 1–3 years of relevant experience (real estate, investment banking, private equity, consulting, etc.) • Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and integrity • Interest in real estate, investing, and the built environment • Commitment to Clay Cove’s values and mission What We Offer • Direct exposure to deals, strategy, and partners • Meaningful responsibility from day one • A collaborative, entrepreneurial culture • Competitive compensation and benefits • A chance to grow with a mission-driven firm
