Efreightship is actively expanding and looking for  Qualified Sales Representatives , ideally with freight brokerage experience, but not required. We offer a  base salary plus uncapped commission , a high-energy team environment, and clear pathways for career growth.

We provide  training, qualified leads, and a structured ramp-up program to set you up for long-term success in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and secure new customers while growing existing accounts
• Manage carrier relationships and negotiate competitive rates
• Track shipments and proactively communicate updates to clients
• Source reliable carriers and develop carrier partnerships
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Stay focused, organized, and sales-driven in a competitive environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of sales experience (freight brokerage experience a strong plus)
• Motivated self-starter with a hunter mentality
• Strong phone presence and professional communication skills
• High integrity and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask and manage details in a fast-moving environment
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
