Role: IFS Cloud Architect

Location: Cleveland, OH

Duration: Full time

Responsibilities

• Developing and documenting IFS Cloud solution designs based on business requirements and needs.
• Oversees and manages the implementation and deployment of IFS Cloud solutions, including data migration and
• integrations.
• Provides technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage incidents related to IFS Cloud
• Trains end-users and administrators on the effective use of IFS Cloud and maintain relevant documentation.
• Analyzes and understands client business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and system optimization.
• Works closely with presales teams, business architects, and other stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Manages change requests and implement enhancements to the IFS Cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience with expertise in ERP Platforms.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Architect leading IFS specific ERP implementation projects within IFS and IFS
• Cloud.
• Experience with IFS Cloud, including Service Management Solutions, Mobile, and Integrations
• Understanding of deployment, integration, and data migration processes
• Experience with project management and governance
• Familiarity with documentation and design principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with clients.
