Ice Cream Crew Team Lead – Cold Stone Creamery, Lawrenceville, GA
Are you passionate about creating smiles, leading a team, and serving up the most delicious ice cream in town? At Cold Stone Creamery in Lawrenceville, GA , we’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Ice Cream Crew Team Lead to guide our crew and ensure every customer leaves with a happy heart (and a full cone!).
As our Ice Cream Crew Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in delivering the ultimate Cold Stone experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the team during busy hours : Motivate and guide the crew to work together efficiently and provide top-notch customer service.
- Creating a fun atmosphere : Set the tone for a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
- Overseeing operations : M aintaining cleanliness standards, a ssist with closing duties, inventory management of ice creams, waffles, mix ins, cakes, cupcakes.
- ️ Problem-solving on the go : Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a smile.
- Supporting the management : Help with training new team members, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- ✅ At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role (bonus points if it’s in food service or retail!).
- ✅ Strong communication and organizational skills to keep the team running smoothly.
- ✅ A customer-first mindset and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- ✅ A positive attitude and the ability to stay cool under pressure (pun intended!).
