Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems in New Orleans, the Northshore, and surrounding areas
Communicate clearly with homeowners about issues and recommend solutions
Perform safety checks and make sure all work meets local codes and standards
Keep your vehicle, tools, and workspace clean and organized
Represent the One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning brand with professionalism and a positive attitude
Be available for a rotating schedule that includes occasional on-call and weekend shifts

3 to 5 years of residential HVAC service experience
Universal EPA Certification preferred
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Comfortable with a rotating on-call/weekend schedule
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
High school diploma or GED
Must pass a background check and drug screening
