Furnished Quarters is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to play a key role in both recruiting top talent and supporting essential HR functions. In this hybrid role, you’ll manage job postings, conduct initial candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews, while also supporting onboarding, compliance, performance management, and employee programs. You’ll conduct new hire orientations, organize HR projects in Asana, and actively contribute to wellness and engagement events. Additionally, you'll utilize systems like JazzHR , ADP Workforce Now , and PerformYard to ensure a seamless and impactful employee experience.
