Overview

We are seeking a motivated Front-End Developer with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about building modern, responsive, and high-performing user interfaces. The position is W2-based , paying $30–$40 per hour , and is open only to candidates residing in the United States .

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces

  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams

  • Translate UI/UX designs into clean, efficient, and reusable code

  • Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability

  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

  • Debug, test, and improve existing front-end features

  • Follow best practices for code quality, accessibility, and security

Technical Skills

Core Skills:

  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

  • Modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries: React.js (must-have)

  • Responsive design using Flexbox, Grid , and mobile-first principles

In-Demand Skills:

  • React with Hooks & Context API

  • Next.js (SSR & performance optimization)

  • TypeScript for scalable front-end development

  • Tailwind CSS / Modern CSS frameworks

  • Component-driven development (Storybook basics preferred)

  • Web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals)

  • Accessibility (WCAG standards)

  • REST APIs & basic GraphQL exposure

  • Version control using Git/GitHub

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (basic understanding)

Eligibility

  • 6 months to 1 year of Front-End Development experience (internships/projects count)

  • Must reside in the United States

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Comfortable working on W2

  • Comfortable with a pay rate of $30–$40/hour

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced development environment
